This 4 apartment complex needed renovation internally and externally. The commission was to increase residential value through the introduction of modern and higher standard of fittings and features.

Attractive living spaces were created using re-polished existing flooring, white walls, and integration of contemporary spot lighting. The kitchens and bathrooms were re-tiled and resurfaced and new stainless steel kitchen appliances added.

The loft roof apartment received a small internal gallery and new roofing improved the insulation of this top floor apartment. The façade received cement plastering in a soft grey stain. All windows were replaced with new double glazed and wooden frames to finish off this heritage listed building.

The rear garden flat, was converted into a stylish contemporary 1 bedroom apartment, with stainless steel kitchen appliances and leads nicely onto the common Japanese inspired garden and BBQ area.
