Dillingen - Stummstrasse

This corner building in the centre of Dillingen required major renovations both internally and externally. The redevelopment of the shopping space was a critical element of the commission.

The oversized glass façade constructed as a curtain wall increases the shop floor space and opens itself more for the display of retail products to the passing traffic of potential customers.

The residential spaces were all modernised with new fittings and features, including flooring resurfaced, bathroom, kitchen and living areas upgraded.

The choice of colours, proportions and materials give the building a more urban look on this busy pedestrian corner and lends itself well to the cities redevelopment program.
