Saarlouis - Becker

This 1.5 story private dwelling is connected to an existing private residence that had been in existence for more than 30 years.

The structure is accented by a dramatically angled and tiled roof that includes solar power panelling for environmentally friendly energy production + 2 sky-lites that afford the kitchen and the level open gallery working space with direct sunlight.

The interiors are a modern style, using oak wood, pastel colours for fittings and furnishings and slight accents of frosted glass and stainless steel. The lower level consists of kitchen, dinning room and living area in an open plan design.

The bathroom and bedroom area is connected via an open and slim gallery, and it is this additional height and centralised staircase, that gives this relatively limited budget project a higher quality of living space and thus a better than average return on investment.
