Sydney - Tamarama Beach

The design for the Tamarama Beach project will afford each apartment a minimum of 120m2 living space. The design of the building is coordinated to provide luxurious features and facilities with a modern and contemporary touch. The entrance to the building will be over shadowed by a glass encased Atrium, filled at the ground level with tropical plants and lush vegetation.

Each apartment has direct lift access and encompasses one single level of the building. The lift opens to a formal welcome area back dropped by the Atrium that fills the core of the building with hanging stainless steel planter boxes, like sails of a ship, filled with a variety of Japanese style plants and lit with indirect lighting.

The apartments then separate into a sleeping and bathroom section, with a minimum of two well sized bedrooms, one with open en-suite access, built in wardrobes as standard. In addition this section will host a laundry room + guest toilet.

The beach facing section provides a luxurious open plan living and dinning area with adjacent kitchen to afford the modern tenant a feeling of space and open access. The dinning and living area open onto a private but spacious balcony with unparalleled ocean views. All areas of the apartments will feature modern and integrated lighting solutions affording tenants a selection of moods and styles, complimenting the European designed fittings and furnishings.
