This post-war private residence needed exterior renovations that protected the existing character of the building but offered an extension including carport and winter garden.

Internally a refurbished bathroom, built in wardrobes and the rearrangement of the small rooms was completed. The ground floor living area became generous with the winter garden extension. Parquetry flooring, white coloured aluminium 'light framed' windows and doors keeps to the quaint and elegant existing design characteristics. The new open form minimalist fire place becomes the centre piece of this living area.

A front of house carport designed in acrylic glass, in no way detracts from the gabled roof home. A delightful garden finishes this property, offering the owners a natural stoned surface for BBQ's and plenty of level grassed space for a playground.
