Sulzbach - Jolly

This business space extension was developed to give the client additional space for administration purposes that could no longer be catered for in its existing premises.

The extension caters for 14 staff including call centre, 5 individual offices, meeting room, computer room, archive space, kitchen and washrooms.

For the strategic benefit of the business, the architect incorporated all administration into this single extension, which allowed the existing business space to be expanded and used for the growing needs of the production and distribution of their products.

The modern facade of the extension is finished in 50cm x 50cm squared cement plaques bolted to the brickwork by industrial strength stainless steel rivets, characteristic of the newly developed Picto-system from Eternit.
