Saarbrücken - Hautz

This commission added two storeys to an existing office building of the early 80's. The 1st floor incorporates new independent office space and the construction allows for an open floor plan and the highest flexibility.

The penthouse completes the building offering the owner open plan living space, with large floor to ceiling glass façade leading to a partially covered deck and outdoor entertaining area.

To reflect unity the whole complex received a new pre-fabricated Eternit-façade and large aluminium framed windows. The main entry area of the building with staircase interrupts the horizontal rhythm of the façade and adds a coloured accent in brick red.

468m2 of floor space was added along with a new car parking area and landscaping design was incorporated to complete this project.
