This representative business centre with 12 single offices, 14 double offices and 6 meeting rooms in varying dimensions plus library was commissioned near to the newly developed technology business park of Offenburg.

The exterior construction uses clean lines, contrasting materials such as concrete work stones partially in colour to reference the edges of the windows and highly insulated plastering of the sides of this building.

The entry way and its corresponding façade utilises glossy tiles and incorporates an aluminium window system with sliding and angled external shades as a curtain wall.

The central conference room is designed in a circular format centred with a luxurious rich redwood table and high backed black leather chairs. Modern audio and visual equipment complement this space. The finishing element is the triple recessed ceiling design incorporating indirect and direct spot lighting, trimmed in shinny steel.
