Berlin - Olivaer Platz

Berlin, in the direct vicinity to the Kurfuerstendamm elegant shopping area, lies this residential and business house. The roofing, fa�ade and business spaces all needed a complete renovation.

Of key importance to the client was a desired a definition of all viewpoints, optimising the space and doing so within a strict budget. The roof extensions increased the space by 800m� to give additional high-value living spaces. Important to this project were the requirements that 'strict historical building guidelines' be followed and met the local authorities requirements.

The foyer was renovated using granite flooring and a glass and stainless steel lift was added, that gives all visitors and tenants an elegant and sophisticated entry to this historical building. The Atrium adds internal natural light as well as an elegant and modern feature to this traditional property.
