The client requested an office complex that had inbuilt flexibility, diversity and would offer benefits to the occupants. The building was constructed using industrial strength steel, concrete stone and aluminium windows, with external shades for further UV protection.

Each floor can be sub-divided, is self containing with washrooms Etc and using a slightly inclined 'saddle roof' system, which enables all floors to gain full use of room height.The internal staircase becomes a style feature of the property, it is glass encased and offers visitors a 'viewpoint' of this commercial space what is going on internally!

The generous foyer area was designed to be appealing, aesthetically pleasing without overspending. Products used in the foyer include a Burgundy granite flooring, clean white walls, and ambient lighting with practical placement.
