Beckingen - Eisenbarth

This was one of the first projects to be commissioned through the Architects company in 1991.The starting point for this commission was an aesthetically, high quality industrial warehouse and combined offices space, using a variety of materials and colours.

The façade combines alternating gas concrete panelling with trapezoidal sheet metal to give the exterior rhythm. The façade is given further accents using rhythmic arranged window groupings, partly coloured.

The interior of the office building which has a typically tent styled roof solution is of open plan nature. A cost saving measure throughout the interiors is the use of light weight plaster board dividers to create private areas or work spaces.

To protect the internal work space from the wind or poor weather conditions a draught lobby was added which is clearly identified as the entrance to the complex.
